  We purchased our quartz countertops from Home Depot who contracts out to Stone Interiors. It took 6 weeks to get them installed, with us having to call to check on progress every time. They never called us until I complained to Home Depot, then the manager called us and scheduled the install. When installed, one of our sections turned out not to be level, which can't be fixed, but they also dropped an entire piece of quartz on our flooring, causing a hole almost a foot wide that now needs to be fixed. The installer claimed he "dropped a hammer" but I saw him drop the quartz through the window and it's the same width as the quartz piece. No way a hammer could put that type of hole in the floor. The guys apologized and said they would be calling to have it fixed Monday. We didn't receive a call and called them who said the person who would help was at lunch at 4pm. Talked to them days later after we called again and they wanted to know the type of flooring which we told them. Still haven't heard back. Called Home Depot, who has been great, and now they can't even get in touch with them. Do not use this company, and be sure the Home Depot you use doesn't contract out to them. The product is beautiful, but the customer service and lack of communication isn't worth it. And now we have to fix our floor somehow. I never leave reviews on anything but I had to let someone know who is considering using them.
